Giada Carola Castellini

Research Fellow at the Health Administration Research and Advanced Training Center at the University of Milan. Her professional and academic journey has so far focused on the redesign of processes and care pathways, with particular emphasis on territorial services. Initially at Humanitas Gavazzeni, where she worked on the development of home care services, and later as a consultant at IQVIA Solutions, with projects aimed at optimizing and digitizing processes and pathways at healthcare facilities across Italy. Currently, her research activity at the CRC HEAD focuses on the comparative analysis of European and non-European healthcare systems. She has an economic-managerial background, with expertise in the healthcare sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan and in International Development – Global Health from Sciences Po University in Paris. She also completed a study period at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
