RESEARCHER
She is a PhD candidate in the National Doctoral Programme for Public Administration in Regulation, Management and Law of Public Sector Organizations at the University of Salento and a research collaborator at the Department of Biomedical and Clinical Sciences of the University of Milan. She has developed an interdisciplinary academic background, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Data Science and Economics from the University of Milan.
Her research interests lie at the intersection of governance, social and gender equity, performance management, and public value, with a particular focus on digital innovation and sustainability processes in the healthcare sector.
Since 2024, she has been conducting research activities within the Gender Equity in Healthcare Leadership Observatory, promoted by LEADS – Women Leaders in Healthcare, contributing to studies on gender equity in healthcare leadership as a strategic lever for achieving equitable, sustainable, and innovative healthcare systems. She is involved in the preparation of the Annual Report and in the planning of training and networking events aimed at healthcare professionals across the sector.
Since 2025, she has been serving as a teaching tutor in the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Management, Governance and Innovation in the Public and Socio-Healthcare Sector at the University of Milan.
She is a member of the Organizing Committee of the 2026 AIES Conference hosted by the University of Milan.
She regularly participates in academic conferences and dissemination initiatives aimed at sharing research findings with the academic community, policymakers, and sector associations.
