PHD STUDENT
She is a PhD candidate in the Industrial Doctoral Programme in Intersectoral Innovation at the University of Milan, where she conducts research within the thematic area “Digitalisation in healthcare: governance, management, and sustainability assessment.” Following a professional experience in a consulting firm, she returned to academia with the aim of combining her passion for research with a strong focus on the operational and organisational implications of innovation in healthcare systems.
Her research interests combine digital transformation, governance, impact assessment, and healthcare service sustainability, with particular attention to public value creation processes and the organisational changes driven by the adoption of digital technologies.
She is currently involved in research projects aimed at the multidimensional and multi-stakeholder assessment of the impacts of digitalisation in healthcare. In particular, she contributes to a study on the introduction of performance monitoring systems in operating theatres at ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco, as well as to a project evaluating the economic, organisational, and social impacts of telemedicine and accountability mechanisms within the NeuroTeleCare telenursing service of the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Neurologico Carlo Besta.
Since 2025, she has been carrying out teaching and tutorial activities within the course Management and Evaluation of Innovation in the Master’s Degree Programme in Healthcare Management and Health Sector Administration (MASS – LM-77) at the University of Milan. She is also a tutor for the course Law and Human Resource Management in Healthcare Organisations, supporting teaching activities and students’ learning process.
She actively participates in national and international scientific conferences, presenting research on governance, multidimensional impact assessment, sustainability, and digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
She is also a member of the Italian Society of Accounting and Business Administration Academics (SIDREA).
