Our Expertise

HEAD manages six main lines of work. The training, consulting, and research interventions commissioned by HEAD are based on the skills developed and consolidated through extensive field activity, participation in national and international scientific networks, and involvement in numerous professional networks.
These interventions are designed to address and respond to management issues (logics, techniques, and tools), organizational development, and change in institutions and structures within the healthcare, social, pharmaceutical sectors, and related technologies and services (regional offices, agencies, healthcare organizations, hospitals, nursing homes, residential and semi-residential structures, rehabilitation centers, diagnostic and outpatient centers, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, etc.).
Building on this specialized know-how and over twenty years of experience in executive education in healthcare, to meet the increasingly complex and challenging needs of the sector, the commissioned training interventions have been further enriched following a “customization” process of the initiative, based on the following six core frameworks:

  • The training initiative for awareness or in-depth study, whether brief or modular, focused on one or more specific topics.
  • The “organizational development workshop,” which involves a mixed initiative of training and tutorship closely linked to and supportive of one or more change processes to be initiated or already in progress within the organization.
  • The pathway for the growth of individual talents through targeted training initiatives for specific professional profiles and organizational roles involved in processes of innovation and change in content and competencies.
  • Support for organizational management through advisory or mentoring activities.
  • The organization and management of communities of practice for the development of specific competencies and content within a profession. For example, the Patient Logistics Workshop (LLP), a community of practice for those involved in operational management. Or those for nursing directors, human resources managers, etc.
  • Specific projects designed for the market access of healthcare sector companies, which include the involvement of institutional stakeholders (Regions, Ministries, etc.), company management, and clinical professionals. These projects aim to bring closer dialogue between NHS/SSR and industry, giving concrete meaning to the word “partnership.”

Building on these operational proposals, each organization can work with HEAD’s faculty to design a consulting, research intervention, or training program that best meets its specific needs.

HEAD works with and for:

  • Regional administrations, healthcare organizations, hospitals, health and social services
  • Life science companies
  • Scientific societies
  • Research centers
