Angela Rella is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) at the University of Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has developed an interdisciplinary academic background, holding a master\u2019s degree in law (LMG\/01), a master\u2019s degree in economics and management (LM-77), and a PhD in Economics and Management of Sustainability and Innovation<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Her research focuses on healthcare management, sustainability, and digital transformation, with particular emphasis on governance, performance measurement, and value creation in healthcare organizations.
