Angela Rella

Angela Rella is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) at the University of Milan.

She has developed an interdisciplinary academic background, holding a master’s degree in law (LMG/01), a master’s degree in economics and management (LM-77), and a PhD in Economics and Management of Sustainability and Innovation.

Her research focuses on healthcare management, sustainability, and digital transformation, with particular emphasis on governance, performance measurement, and value creation in healthcare organizations. Her work investigates the role of organizational and technological innovations in improving efficiency and enhancing organizations’ ability to address the emerging challenges facing the healthcare sector.

Since 2025, she has been involved in teaching and tutorial activities within the Sviluppo Organizzativo e Change Management course of the Master’s Degree Program in Management delle Aziende Sanitarie e del Settore Salute (MASS – LM-77) at the University of Milan.

Since 2025, she has also served as a tutor for the Management course within the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economics and Management (L-18/L-33) at the University of Milan.

In addition, since 2025, she has been providing tutoring and coordination support for the Master’s Degree Program in Management delle Aziende Sanitarie e del Settore Salute (MASS – LM-77), contributing to student guidance activities, monitoring educational pathways, promoting academic programs, and managing relationships with the program’s stakeholders.

In 2026, she joined the Organizing Committee of the National Conference of the Italian Health Economics Association (AIES), hosted by the University of Milan.

She actively participates in national and international academic conferences, presenting research on governance, organizational efficiency, sustainability, and digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

She is a member of the Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale (AIDEA) and the Società Italiana dei Docenti di Ragioneria e di Economia Aziendale (SIDREA).
