Luca Solari is Full Professor of Organizational Studies at the University of Milan, where he works on organizational design applied to healthcare and socio-healthcare systems.
His work combines research, teaching, and consulting, with a clear focus on designing structures, processes, and operational models that function effectively—even in highly complex contexts such as public healthcare systems.
He teaches Organizational Studies in the Medical Residency School (Public Health track) and in the Master’s Degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences. He is also a faculty member at the Training Academy for the Lombardy Health and Social Care Service, where he has led educational programmes for professionals and managers in the sector.
He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
