JUNIOR RESEARCHER
Graduated in Healthcare Management from the University of Milan, Luisa Rizzi is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Research and Advanced Training in Health Administration (CRC HEAD) at the same institution. Her academic and professional background focuses on the design and redesign of organizational processes in healthcare, with particular attention to service innovation and the development of organizational models aimed at improving efficiency and quality of care. She gained experience at the ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda in the field of operations management, where she worked on process analysis and reorganization, contributing to the development of innovative solutions to improve care pathways.
